Fascinating and exciting hunt and fishing on the river Volga! You are kindly invited to a de luxe camp under the name that speaks for itself: "Putina" in Russian means "Fishing season".
Situated in the very centre of a worlds natural oasis it is rich both in bounty of nature and traces of great civilizations. There you can feel the breath of the Great Steppe through which caravans with Chinese silk moved West during many centuries in the past or you can watch a predatory big fish trembling alive when you have taken it out of the deep waters of a pool. It is there that you can hear and perceive a plangent tune of a nomad and feel a harum-scarum of a folk song. The great river is a place to conceive and take a life stream as a whole in all its manifestations.
"Putina" is located in the ecologically clean region of the Volga-Akhtuba flood lands upstream of the Volga, 150 km off the city of Astrakhan.
Comfortable cottages decorated in a country style (French province) house apartments for 2-3 people and for 2 extra comfortable accommodations. Up to 40 guests can be accommodated in the camp at a time.
There is a restaurant on the site, its menu including (buffet and a la carte) best dishes of the Russian cuisine and steppe food, specialities of the local chefs.
You will have at your disposal a gym, sport devices and playgrounds, a bathhouse, a romantic embankment with a sand beach and a mooring berth, water entertainments.
The camp has a huntsman service of its own, a motorboat fleet, a service center of fitting and gear.
The territory of the camp has a 24-hour security service and it is being lit at night.
The social program includes festivals, tournaments, special parties, guided tours.
You are invited to take part in special programs dedicated to trophies of the chase and fishing. Fishing trophies are catfish, carp, pike perch, asp, pike, perch, roach, saber fish, bream, etc. Trophies of the chase are hare, fox, wolf, wild boar, pheasant, duck, etc.
Duration of tours is minimum 3 days; check out time is 12 pm.
